This program is designed to work multiple body parts at the same time utilizing supersets. For example: Chest with Back, Arms with Shoulders, etc. I broke this program into 4 week/5 day increments but you can do this program with a 3 or 4 day split as well. I recommend following this program for at least 6 months to a year for best results. Men and Women can follow this program.
