Full Body Cardio Program

The full body cardio program is a 12 week program, that will help you lose weight and get shredded down. Everyday are different exercises that you can perform at home or in the  gym. This program should take no longer than 45 mins to hour with the proper intensity. Good for beginners and those who are experienced. 

Equipment required for this program:

Dumbbells and/or Kettlebell

Jump Rope

Large Rresistence Band
