This is a hypertrophy program, meaning everyday you are working on a primary body part; shoulders, back, chest, legs, and arms. This is an intense strength building program that you can follow for bulking or cutting. The program is designed for 5 days a week for 4 weeks. However, I recommend doing this program for 6 months to a year to get massive results! A gym is required for this program, so DO NOT buy if you do not have access to a gym.
